The complete internal and external email solution, Avirt Mail automatically retrieves email from multiple POP3 accounts and sorts it to local mailboxes. Mail can then be retrieved quickly and easily without having to dial up and connect. Users can also send inter-office email without having to make an Internet connection.

Key Features 

  1. Avirt Mail is available for 5, 10, 25, or unlimited users. 

  2. Intra-office email - Send email inside the office without making an Internet connection. 

  3. POP3 server - Avirt collects email from multiple accounts at specified intervals and sorts it to local boxes. Clients can then retrieve email from those local boxes using their favorite email client without making an Internet connection. Since Avirt receives mail for the entire office, it improves efficiency and speed and eliminates bottlenecks. 

  4. SMTP server - All messages sent from inside the office are stored locally until Avirt collects email. Messages marked as "high priority" are sent immediately. 

  5. Mail sorting - Automatically or manually configure Avirt to sort incoming email to specific local boxes for easy and confidential retrieval. 

  6. Mail filtering - Filter incoming email based on the TO, FROM, CC or SUBJECT fields. Mail can be directed to specific local boxes or even deleted.

VPOP3 is an Internet e-mail server and gateway for all kind of businesses. VPOP3 gives you a company-wide e-mail with just a single dial-up account. If yours, like many organizations, has a need for company-wide e-mail with Internet support, but do not wish to invest in providing full Internet access, VPOP3 is our solution.

How VPOP3 works
VPOP3 hosts its own POP3 mailboxes for users on your local network and will fetch mail from ISP accounts to put into these boxes. Thus, if all the mail for yourdomain.co.in goes to one ISP POP3 mailbox, for instance, VPOP3 will retrieve it all and distribute it among the appropriate users' mailboxes. Outgoing mail is stored by VPOP3 and then sent when it next connects. 

The mail retrieval operation can be scheduled to occur at specific times and it can be optionally triggered by the action of sending a message with the priority set to urgent.

Economy
VPOP3 has a much lower cost than other equivalent services. 

Many companies only require a mail server, and want to avoid having a mail server on a remote server. Why? Because every time a user checks for mail, it activates your communications link. If you are using ISDN or a dial-up account, this can get expensive, with the line being kept permanently in use in some cases. 

The solution: Set up a machine with VOP3 on your network with a modem and an Internet connection. After installation, VPOP3 will call the Internet at regular intervals and collect all your mail. Point your internal mail clients at the machine running VPOP3 and it automatically sorts the mail to the correct user.
