To
configure Outlook Express, look for the Outlook Express icon
on your desktop. If missing, click on the start button, then
Programs, and finally Outlook Express. After opening Outlook
Express, from Tools, click on Accounts.

Clicking
on Accounts, you will get a pop-up window named Internet
Accounts. From that window select Add, click on Mail.

In
the Internet Connection Wizard window,
enter your name in the Display name box as shown below,
then click Next.

Click on the first option,
type your email address in the E-mail address box. Then
click Next.

E-mail
Server Names
will be the next window to appear. Type in yourdomain.com
(this must be in all lower case; no spaces) in the Incoming
mail(POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server box and also in the Outgoing
mail (SMTP) server box as shown below. Now click Next.

Now
appears the Internet Mail Logon window. Enter your Account
name and Password in the respective boxes, now click
on Next.

You have
now completed the creation of an E-mail account in Outlook
Express. Click the Finish button to complete the process.

You have
created an E-mail account which will appear in Internet
Accounts window as shown below. Click
the Close button. Now your E-mail account configuration
with Outlook Express is complete.
